This also extends the life of your prints. High heat can damage the spandex and break it down or lose the retention quality. They are super comfortable, stay in place and move with you no matter what you're doing, look great, and last forever. Sizing is accurate -- the recommended size for my measurements fits perfectly. As usual with TomboyX underwear they are comfy and fit well. My older sets in this fabric have held up well over time, too.
